blendedlearning_smallIn Skills Group we base our training on the proven method of Blended Learning.  A learning method which combines face-to-face education, e-learning, and work place learning.

 

We carry out praxis oriented and interactive courses designed to stimulate the analytical and strategic thinking of the students.

 

To obtain the ultimate learning result we use a variety of techniques to involve the participants in the learning process, such as practical exercises and group work. Our main learning object will always be to provide our students with tools to apply the learned concepts and principles to real business environments.

 

Teaching varies among classroom, e-learning and home-studying will bring students the flexibility regarding timeframe and efforts to reach their goals.

 

 

Scenario-based simulations


At Skills Group we use scenario-based simulations. The scenario is the reality in which the participants acts. It can consist of a number of different factors – based on what is needed to simulate. It is possible for the participants to try out different approaches to a problem, and to “learn by doing” instead of only learning by listening and reading.
In a environment where communication skills and teamwork are needed simulation based
training might be the most effective way to train soft skills.
